自己紹介
オーストラリア・メルボルン在住のお笑い大好き人間です。ここメルボルンは世界各国からのレストランがあり、世界的にも有名な「フード＆ワインフェスティバル」などもありグルメの方々にはすでに有名ですが、大･中･小の劇場やコメディー・クラブなども密集していて、小さなブロードウェイみたいです。毎年３月～４月にはメルボルン国際コメディー・フェスティバル、その前後にもフリンジや新人発掘の「ＲＡＷ」コメディー大会などが催され、沢山の若手が輩出されます。コメディー番組や海外から下請けしている映画制作などもあり、ミニミニ・ハリウッドみたいなところもあります。（まあ、比べちゃうとかなり地味ですけど。。。）世界一カフェ（喫茶店）も多いなどとも言われていて、毎日どこかで新しいカフェを発見することも出来ます。そんなあちらこちらで拾った話や独断と偏見に満ちた私見をポロポロとブログしていくつもりです。御笑観あれ！先輩方、上級オタクの方々からの暖かいご支援、ご鞭撻、心よりお待ちいたしております。批判やクレームは、一切受け付けておりませんので、ご了承ください。（日常生活でもう十分ですから。。。これ以上落ち込みたくないので、宜しく！）それでは。。。ＨＡＨＡＨＡ！！！
About Myself
Born and raised in Japan, and learning English like "A PEN", "THIS IS A PEN", "THE PEN IS ON THE DESK". I was always wondering how we can communicate with native English speakers like that.
One late evening, my little brother whispered me (yes, we can whisper, because we are Japanese! Anyway,) and told me that he found a very naughty and adult like TV program on Channel 12. Both of us sneaked in the living room while both of my parents were upstairs, and watched it together.... It was hysterical and horrendously funny and I got a humongous shock on the top of my head and inside of my brain as if a 16 ton weight falling on to my head.
"MONTY PYTHON and the Flying Circus", it was called....
It was all dubbed in Japanese (can you imagine that?!?!), but it was still very funny.
And I really wanted to express my feeling to the one I had a crush on - Michael Palin.
This was co-incidentally perfect timing with my study of English at school.
So, I wrote.
"A PEN, THIS IS A PEN, THE PEN IS ON THE DESK...!"
After coming from school one day, I found a greyish blue small envelope with pink Queen Elizabeth II's stamp one day in a small post box of my house in Japan. "Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaay!!!"
Yes, it was from Mr Michael Palin of Monty Python.
Then my correspondence continued almost a decade and I got half a dozen cards and letters from him.
That was enough to inspire this school girl dreaming "I want to be a MONTY PYTHON!"
But how?
Thus this journey begins.....
